Mission Statement
At Amazing Athletes, we provide an enriching youth sports program that teaches children aged 18 months to 12 years the fundamentals of various sports, including Baseball, Basketball, Football, Golf, Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, Tennis, Track and Field, and Volleyball. Our curriculum also introduces children to vital concepts in nutrition, muscle identification, and essential motor skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist head coaches in delivering the Amazing Athletes curriculum, focusing on sports fundamentals, nutritional education, muscle identification, and essential motor skills to children ages 18 months to 12 years.
- Travel throughout the Greater Charlotte area to conduct classes in daycares, preschools, and public/private elementary schools.
- Maintain attendance records, track children's progress, and foster positive relationships with center staff, parents, and fellow Amazing Athletes coaches.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during sessions with Amazing Athletes.
- Support head coaches and occasionally assume the role of head coach when necessary.
Working Conditions
Candidates should be prepared to stand, bend, and move for extended periods, often in outdoor settings. Ability to lift or carry up to 40 lbs is required.

Schedule Details
- Work hours will vary between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, as necessary.
- Schedules and locations may change weekly, but will be provided with advance notice.
Work Locations:
- Classes will be held in preschools, daycares, public and private elementary schools, and parks in the Greater Charlotte area, including Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Huntersville.
