Key Responsibilities:Omnichannel Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive performance marketing plan that integrates both digital (Search, Social, Native, Programmatic) and offline (Direct Mail, Shared Mail) channels. Organic Growth (SEO): Supervise technical SEO and content creation strategies aimed at achieving sustainable long-term organic lead growth. Affiliate & Partnership Management: Expand the affiliate program through the acquisition of new partners, negotiation of commission structures, and performance management. Direct & Shared Mail: Oversee the full cycle of physical mail campaigns, from audience segmentation and creative testing to performance analysis. Budget & Spend Management: Manage and optimize a budget exceeding $50M to achieve aggressive marketing cost targets and ROI metrics. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Drive the strategy for landing page testing and website funnel enhancement to increase lead-to-sale conversion rates. Data & Analytics: Track and report on critical performance indicators (CPL, Lead-to-Sale, Marketing Cost % of Sales) to the executive team, providing actionable insights for strategic pivots. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Brand, Mar-Tech, Accounting, Call Center, and Sales teams to ensure lead quality and seamless tracking across our technology stack. Serve as a key marketing stakeholder in enterprise-wide initiatives. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the in-house marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, rapid experimentation, and professional development.
