The Traveling Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various agencies, funding requirements, and regulatory agreements. This position supports tenants across multiple Fairstead properties in maintaining their affordable housing status through annual certification and recertification processes. The Specialist is responsible for alerting the Property Manager and compliance team of any tenants facing rent arrears or lease violations.
