About the Role:
As the Strategy and Operations Manager for Market Growth at Curri, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at expanding our market presence in key areas. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to enhance Curri's market share while collaborating closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to optimize delivery experiences for our customers. You will take full ownership of market dynamics, pinpointing crucial business drivers, analyzing data for improvement opportunities, and executing swift strategies to bolster both customer and driver engagement.
Your on-the-ground presence in the market will be vital; you will engage directly with customers and drivers to uncover their challenges and devise effective solutions. Nothing is too big or too small to address as you continuously strive to enhance the experience for our customers, drivers, and internal teams at Curri.
In this cross-functional role, you will report directly to the Director of Strategy & Planning and frequently collaborate with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and market expansion by onboarding initial customers and drivers.
- Engage in prospecting and outreach to ensure customers complete their first delivery with Curri.
- Test and validate diverse go-to-market strategies, including outreach methods, marketing initiatives, and promotional efforts.
- Establish yourself as a trusted logistics consultant by developing a deep understanding of last-mile logistics and Curri’s offerings.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities to strategically position Curri.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide insights and manage dashboards to report on key sales and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to oversee activities related to market scaling, including supply acquisition, driver training programs, and incentive structures.
