POSITION SUMMARYThe Property Administrator role is integral in delivering exceptional property management services, supporting the Property Management team in the daily operations of a commercial property. Key responsibilities encompass managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, office administration, customer service, and fostering positive tenant relations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccounts Payable: Ensure accurate entry, verification of documentation, and appropriate coding of all invoices into the payables system, followed by submission to the Property Manager for approval.Accounts Receivable: Conduct monthly reviews of accounts receivable and assist in preparing late and default notices.Support the Property Manager in compiling monthly and quarterly financial reports.Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned property portfolio.Manage the main telephone line, screen calls, deliver messages, greet guests, and accept deliveries/packages.Log work order requests into the system.Track and manage Certificates of Insurance for vendors, tenants, and clients.Facilitate the preparation and execution of Service Contracts for vendor services.Coordinate building activities, including move-ins and move-outs, while verifying insurance coverage.Assist in planning and executing tenant events alongside the management team.
