Role overview The Senior Lead Designer will help elevate Renuity’s creative output while the brand expands its presence. This role involves producing engaging assets for digital, print, motion graphics, presentations, and emerging platforms. Collaboration with the Creative Director and Brand team is central, translating strategy into compelling creative and building scalable systems that ensure consistent, high-quality branding across all projects. What you will do Create high-quality designs for digital, motion graphics, print, presentations, and new channels as needed. Design performance-focused marketing materials, including paid social ads, display banners, emails, and landing pages. Develop templates and repeatable systems to improve efficiency and uphold design standards. Contribute to the evolution of Renuity’s design systems as the brand grows. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Work closely with teams across Marketing, Brand, HR, Operations, and external agencies.
