This role involves facilitating client-facing coordination meetings and creating immersive stakeholder visualizations, while consistently driving the enhancement of VDC standards and workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary BIM liaison for assigned projects.Lead the development and management of federated 3D BIM models across various disciplines.Establish and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), along with coordination systems and LOD standards.Conduct design review and coordination meetings with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Deliver engaging immersive walk-throughs and flythroughs for client and stakeholder involvement.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and other teams to ensure seamless design integration.Document integration challenges and solutions in final reports.Oversee model quality control and adherence to BIM standards.Support project teams in implementing VDC strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor junior VDC staff and lead training on advanced VDC workflows.Other duties as assigned.Willingness to travel up to 10%.Required CompetenciesProficient in Revit, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.Strong understanding of BIM workflows and content management.Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and design integration.Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational abilities.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC coordination on complex AEC projects.Proven track record of leading coordination meetings and client presentations.Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/ACC.CM-BIM certification is preferred.Experience with visualization tools such as Enscape and Lumion.
