Role Overview
As a Residential Direct Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new residential customers through proactive door-to-door sales efforts. This position involves selling our internet services directly to homeowners and may extend to multiple dwelling units (MDUs). You will be primarily engaged in outdoor sales activities, establishing strong relationships, and collaborating with your team to enhance sales strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage potential residential customers by showcasing Google Fiber’s internet offerings.
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads through door-to-door sales, including follow-ups via in-person visits, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain accurate and updated information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Google Fiber to potential customers.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of Google Fiber’s technology and service deployment.
