Role overview The Wound Care Physician position centers on hands-on clinical care in local Skilled Nursing Facilities. Physicians in this role manage wound cases directly, without the administrative demands often found in hospital settings. Clinical autonomy is a core feature, allowing decisions to be guided by medical expertise rather than external oversight. What you will do Perform surgical debridement and bedside wound care procedures for facility residents. Apply advanced dressings and follow established wound care protocols.
