Job Overview:
The Managing Consultant will play a pivotal role within EPIC's Life, Absence & Disability (LAD) practice, responsible for spearheading complex client engagements, ensuring top-tier service delivery, and shaping strategic initiatives across group life, disability, and absence/leave programs. This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering executive-level consulting and overseeing vendor performance and governance. By utilizing data analytics, the Managing Consultant will create multi-year strategic roadmaps, pinpoint actionable improvements, and assist clients in implementing innovative, compliant program solutions. Additionally, this role involves leading RFP strategies, negotiations, and implementations, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to the overall growth of the practice through thought leadership and business development.
