Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing daily cash management and reconciliation for all bank accounts.Leading the utilization of our SAP treasury workstation, collaborating with IT teams across the United States, Germany, and the Czech Republic for system improvements.Analyzing foreign exchange (FX) exposures and executing FX spot deals to effectively manage currency transactions.Acting as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors regarding cash management.

Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, and coordinate internal banking operations. Monitor and address financial risk exposures, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risks. Collaborate with Product Management on lending products and treasury-related projects. Evaluate and recommend changes to capital structure, including debt, equity, and alternative financing options. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury activities. Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures that support best practices and strong internal controls. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports and analysis for senior stakeholders.
