Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately reports compliance documentation to meet state and federal standards, ensuring high client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintains and tracks compliance-related documents from various sources including Engineering teams, Property Managers, Landlords, and Vendors.
- Utilizes Asset Management software to pull necessary reports.
- Oversees the reporting cycle for Elements of Performance, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Reviews all compliance reports and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Manages document submissions through SharePoint.
- Maintains detailed Excel spreadsheets to track documentation status.
- Interprets Life Safety and Building Codes effectively.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
