Your Responsibilities:
Territory: Southeast
As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding revenue and market share within designated agencies, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while meeting strategic goals.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the account team to formulate and implement effective account strategies, enhancing our value propositions.
- Utilize internal systems to monitor customer activities, executing account strategies and identifying new opportunities.
- Nurture customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery to your accounts.
- Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction by understanding their business and workflows, establishing a solid contact network.
- Engage specialists and experts as needed to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Oversee all account activities within your portfolio.
- Own the relationships with accounts, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage forecasting, keep leadership informed on account status, gather competitive intelligence, and provide marketing feedback.
- Deliver product training to customers as required.
- Responsible for managing your individual expense budget.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in customer-facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) sales.
- At least 3 years of experience managing major accounts.
- Experience in solution-based or consultative sales within complex sales environments.
- Familiarity with data management using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM platforms.
- Thorough understanding of Cloud and SaaS technologies.
- Willingness to travel 70% of the time (3-4 days per week), including overnight trips.
