Role overview
Red Ventures’ RV Home division is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Client Services team. This position focuses on driving business results through employee development, performance management, and engagement. The HRBP acts as a strategic partner to business teams, delivering and executing a wide range of HR services and consultation across several HR functions.
What you will do
- Advise business teams on HR matters and provide guidance across multiple HR areas
- Support employee development and performance management initiatives
- Promote and enhance employee engagement
- Develop and implement HR solutions that support business goals
- Influence and consult with leaders, often without direct authority
- Report directly to the HR Director for the Home Client Services team
