Primary Responsibilities:
As the Evening Concierge, you are the welcoming face that residents and prospects encounter upon their arrival. You take immense pride in crafting unforgettable first impressions and nurturing ongoing positive relationships. Your adeptness at engaging in conversation and making people feel at home is key to your success. Personalizing every interaction is second nature to you, enabling you to remember the names and preferences of all your customers, including their furry companions.
In this role (Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM), your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely assistance and resolving issues for residents and prospects with genuine care.
- Planning and executing engaging events and activities that foster a sense of community among residents.
- Building brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience in a well-maintained community.
- Generating excitement and awareness through effective social media engagement.
- Encouraging delighted customers to express their satisfaction through reviews on social networking platforms.
- Meticulously organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevator schedules.
- Availability for weekend or evening shifts as required.
