Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage EDI trading partners within the SAP S/4 HANA environment based on customer requirements.Monitor and scrutinize SAP IDOCs for performance and accuracy.Analyze and review SAP segments for various EDI mappings, collaborating with EDI partners to ensure correct IDOC and x12 segment mapping in line with trading partner specifications.Develop and implement troubleshooting procedures for EDI-related issues.Create barcode shipping labels for trading partners in accordance with specified guidelines.Document comprehensive instructions for all EDI trading partner interactions.Serve as a key member of the ERP support team, assisting with the implementation and maintenance of existing and new EDI trading partners on the SAP S/4 HANA system.Undertake additional tasks as required to achieve company goals.Foster effective communication with various departments and work collaboratively within a team environment.Maintain regular attendance as required.QualificationsPreferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an SAP EDI Analyst.Proficient hands-on experience with EDI and x12 is essential.Mandatory experience with SAP systems.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel) and email systems.Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance.Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.Experience in providing client project support across various corporate initiatives.Exceptional troubleshooting skills for complex EDI, IDOC, and X12 issues, including data analysis.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Note: You must be authorized to work in the USA without the need for sponsorship.ERPeople Solutions is both an employment agency and an employment business committed to equal opportunity recruitment.
