Position Overview:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive execution of critical commercial HVAC projects, ensuring that systems are delivered, installed, and commissioned to precise specifications. This role involves managing all post-sale technical coordination, including equipment submittals, factory communications, logistics, site readiness, startup, commissioning, and warranty activities for complex HVAC systems provided by Johnson Barrow.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, confidence on active construction sites, and proficiency in project management and commissioning platforms (e.g., CxAlloy). You will be the primary technical liaison among Johnson Barrow, manufacturers, engineers, contractors, and building owners, driving project milestones, resolving field issues, and ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality projects.
Extensive travel or temporary relocation to job sites will be necessary for this position.
