Create, maintain, and finalize precise project budgets that monitor financial performance, updating them at least weekly. Guarantee timely processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in collaboration with the corporate financial team, ensuring Receivables are maintained under 60 days. Achieve budgeted profitability on each project through close collaboration with field operations, with daily updates and validations of the Field Production Report. Manage the prime contract and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
