Position Overview:
The Project Manager is instrumental in guiding Project Teams through the successful delivery of construction projects, overseeing everything from the initial hand-off from Estimating to final completion and close-out. Responsibilities include comprehensive project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project Start-Up two weeks prior to project commencement and conduct Project Close-Out meetings within 45 days post-completion, ensuring accurate documentation of meeting minutes and “Lessons Learned”.
- Create, maintain, and finalize precise project budgets that monitor financial performance, updating them at least weekly.
- Guarantee timely processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in collaboration with the corporate financial team, ensuring Receivables are maintained under 60 days.
- Achieve budgeted profitability on each project through close collaboration with field operations, with daily updates and validations of the Field Production Report.
- Manage the prime contract and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
