Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe. Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and active engagement with children.
