Role overview The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding Local Infusion's presence in the Charlotte area. This position focuses on increasing referral volume and revenue by building and maintaining relationships with physician offices and other important stakeholders. Representing the Local Infusion brand in the local market, this person will serve as a main point of contact for referring practices and ensure a smooth experience for both patients and providers. What you will do Increase revenue for assigned locations by driving referrals from specialist physician offices that prescribe infusion therapy. Develop and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders such as specialist office staff, primary care providers, pharmaceutical representatives, payer case managers, benefits consultants, and employers within the territory. Collaborate with providers, referral partners, and the Local Infusion operations team to support positive outcomes for patients and physicians. Promote the Local Infusion brand by participating in networking events, conferences, community walks, and other local activities. Serve as the primary liaison between referring practices and the operations team, ensuring efficient referral processes and timely onboarding for new patients. Foster collaborative relationships with pharmaceutical representatives and other referral sources in the territory. Submit timely and organized reports through CRM systems for management tracking and expense reporting. Achieve or surpass established sales targets. Compensation Estimated total compensation (salary plus commission): $200,000 to $235,000 or more.
