POSITION SUMMARY
The Property Administrator role is integral in delivering exceptional property management services, supporting the Property Management team in the daily operations of a commercial property. Key responsibilities encompass managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, office administration, customer service, and fostering positive tenant relations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Payable: Ensure accurate entry, verification of documentation, and appropriate coding of all invoices into the payables system, followed by submission to the Property Manager for approval.
- Accounts Receivable: Conduct monthly reviews of accounts receivable and assist in preparing late and default notices.
- Support the Property Manager in compiling monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned property portfolio.
- Manage the main telephone line, screen calls, deliver messages, greet guests, and accept deliveries/packages.
- Log work order requests into the system.
- Track and manage Certificates of Insurance for vendors, tenants, and clients.
- Facilitate the preparation and execution of Service Contracts for vendor services.
- Coordinate building activities, including move-ins and move-outs, while verifying insurance coverage.
- Assist in planning and executing tenant events alongside the management team.
