The Night Manager will play a crucial role in managing contract compliance for our building maintenance services while fostering relationships between City Wide and our Independent Contractors. The ideal candidate should be adept at reviewing client contracts to ensure that service expectations are met.Key Responsibilities: Establish and nurture productive working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by clearly communicating client priorities and collaborating on problem-solving. Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance for each account to maintain existing business and attract new clients. Engage daily with the Facility Services Manager to address any urgent issues, including nightly recaps via email or phone. Provide recommendations for IC work assignments, ensuring adherence to client standards and company guidelines, with the authority to discharge services that do not meet our service level agreements. Oversee inspections, manage customer complaints, and address customer requests, including special attention for new client onboarding and VIP treatment. Implement City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational procedures. Ensure compliance with client policies, approved cleaning tools, and equipment usage. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry. A minimum of 3 years of management experience, with a track record of coaching, motivating, developing, and leading teams across multiple locations. 3 to 5 years of experience in janitorial or building maintenance. Exceptional planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Bilingual skills are a plus! Reliable transportation is a must. A willingness to assist with cleaning tasks when necessary. Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
