About the team:
Formic’s Sales Team consists of dynamic industry professionals committed to promoting automation adoption within SMB and mid-market manufacturing sectors. They collaborate across functions to develop territory strategies, educate manufacturing leaders, and enhance the sales pipeline through structured outreach and consultative selling.
About the role:
As an Automation Sales Manager, you will spearhead revenue growth and market development in your assigned territory. You will create and implement a territory plan, gain in-depth knowledge of the local manufacturing environment, and cultivate trusted relationships with key customers and partners.
Your role will include assessing customer needs for automation projects, working with Engineering and Solutions teams to formulate concepts, and negotiating pricing and commercial agreements with end users. This position is an individual contributor role focused on driving growth within your territory.
