Key Responsibilities: Lead the Project Start-Up two weeks prior to project commencement and conduct Project Close-Out meetings within 45 days post-completion, ensuring accurate documentation of meeting minutes and “Lessons Learned”. Create, maintain, and finalize precise project budgets that monitor financial performance, updating them at least weekly. Guarantee timely processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in collaboration with the corporate financial team, ensuring Receivables are maintained under 60 days. Achieve budgeted profitability on each project through close collaboration with field operations, with daily updates and validations of the Field Production Report. Manage the prime contract and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
