As a BPS Engineer at Bosch Group, you will play a critical role in enhancing our operational excellence. Responsibilities include organizing regular Value Stream System Continuous Improvement (CIP) workshops and Speed/Jishuken activities aimed at advancing our BPS maturity. You will act as the BPS enabler for the department, driving the development of value stream BPS elements, conducting maturity assessments, and implementing systematic improvements.In this position, you will coordinate BPS benchmark tours and serve as the primary contact for external assessments, benchmarks, best practice exchanges, and training resources. You will also initiate the department’s Industry 4.0 strategy and development roadmap to support the realization of our value stream vision, as well as lead the execution of digital solutions and applications within the department.Additionally, you will ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Point-CIP implementations to accelerate problem resolution and stabilize target conditions. With a keen eye for the current state of manufacturing, logistics, and indirect systems, you will design and implement future states that elevate the department's BPS maturity. You will lead BPS maturity audits and the execution, development, and optimization of BPS element standards within the department, providing a solid knowledge base for Industry 4.0 initiatives such as AGV, RFID, MES, and more.
