Join Progressoft as a Support & Implementation Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch IT solutions. We are seeking candidates who are fluent in French and possess strong command of English, residing in a Central African country or open to travel across Africa. As a Support & Implementation Engineer, you will act as a vital technical liaison, handling enterprise solution implementations and providing support services for various incidents and issues. This position necessitates close collaboration with multiple technical support and engineering teams across different levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and install solutions on clients' infrastructure platforms.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer-reported issues both onsite and remotely across different implementation layers.
- Respond promptly and positively to customer requests and tickets.
- Prepare and verify the accuracy of technical documentation.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for software issues covered in training.
- Utilize help desk software to maintain accurate records of incoming calls, opened incidents, and requests.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary.
