We view the IEP process as a collaborative effort among teachers, parents, school administrators, case managers, related services personnel, and students (when appropriate) to enhance educational outcomes for children with disabilities. We believe in pushing the boundaries of what is achievable for our students. Our special education teachers are tasked with implementing comprehensive, research-based interventions, regularly monitoring progress, and making informed adjustments to ensure optimal student outcomes. Across Mastery, our Specialized Services Programming offers a continuum of support from itinerant to supplemental levels. Our foremost priority is to maximize the time our diverse learners spend in general education settings while minimizing their time in self-contained classrooms. We strive to enhance the teacher-to-student ratio within our Special Education programs through multiple classrooms across our network dedicated to Autism Support, Emotional Support, Life Skills, Multiple Disability Support, and Multi-Lingual Learner Support.
