Approximately 25% of our students possess individualized education plans (IEPs) designed to guarantee tailored educational opportunities. We view IEPs as collaborative tools that engage teachers, parents, school administrators, case managers, and support staff in enhancing educational outcomes for students with disabilities. Special education teachers at Mastery are tasked with implementing effective, research-based interventions, consistently monitoring student progress, and making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.Our Specialized Services Programming spans various levels of support, emphasizing the importance of integrating diverse learners into general education settings. Our goal is to minimize the time spent in self-contained classrooms while maximizing the teacher-to-student ratio in our special education programs. We have established numerous classrooms throughout our network focusing on Autism Support, Emotional Support, Life Skills, Multiple Disability Support, and Multi-Lingual Learner Support.With our robust Response to Intervention program, we are eager for you to contribute your passion, skills, and experience to our team.
