Develop and implement cell-based assays to evaluate immunogenicity against nucleic acid cargoes and set preclinical release criteria. Design and perform assays to measure in vivo immunogenicity predictors for LNP/nucleic acid therapies, including biomarkers, cytokines, complement activation, and anti-drug antibodies (ADA). Carry out test procedures such as sample extraction and measurement using flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD, Luminex, bDNA, ddPCR, and RNAscope, followed by data interpretation. Analyze and summarize scientific results, maintaining thorough and timely documentation in electronic lab notebooks according to industry standards.
