Role Overview The Research Associate in Service Fulfillment will support custom projects and DNA construct amplification using the eProtein Discovery Platform. This role involves following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions to ensure quality and consistency. The position suits someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently under time constraints. What You Will Do Conduct PCR to prepare DNA constructs for cell-free protein expression. Carry out protein purification, quantification, SDS PAGE analysis, and gel filtration chromatography or Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) analysis. Run experiments using Nuclera’s eProtein Discovery Platform. Follow Work Instructions and SOPs to maintain quality standards. Systematically manage and organize large sets of biological samples. Document experimental methods, observations, and results with accuracy.
