Liaise with external scholarship and loan agencies, as well as other educational institutions when necessary.Participate in the creation and refinement of financial aid documentation, student communications, website content, and departmental policies and procedures. Engage in system testing and the troubleshooting of changes and updates to existing and new processes, particularly within Powerfaids. Attend university-wide Financial Aid Officers Council (FAOC) meetings and pursue relevant training and workshops as needed. Undertake additional duties as assigned.Working Conditions:This role is based in Cambridge, MA, with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on campus.
