In the role of Inside Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in propelling revenue growth for our Sales team. You will work in close partnership with marketing, product, and technical teams to craft value-driven sales presentations tailored to the unique needs of protein scientists across diverse sectors. Your technical expertise will be vital in promoting the adoption of Nuclera’s eProtein Discovery system and its associated consumables. Key responsibilities include identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers while building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to manage and nurture a sales pipeline aimed at achieving business growth and revenue objectives.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, challenges, and potential applications of our solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to design compelling sales campaigns and materials to generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with current and potential customers through exceptional communication and service.
- Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize outreach efforts and enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to discover new opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor actions.
- Provide regular reports and analyses regarding sales performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to position Nuclera as a front-runner in the field.
- Travel up to 15% of the time to facilitate commercial initiatives based on customer and business demands.
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences or a related field, preferably with a focus on Antibody Protein Science.
- Strong expertise in antibody/protein research, encompassing expression systems, purification techniques, and associated technologies.
- Familiarity with machine learning and data-driven modeling, with the ability to leverage these skills in sales strategies.
