Role overview
The Executive Concierge acts as both a leader and an active member of the resident services team. This position shapes the first impression for residents and guests, sets the standard for service, and builds strong relationships. Personal touches, such as greeting residents and their pets by name, help foster a welcoming, home-like atmosphere throughout the community.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate Bozzuto’s values in every interaction and service provided.
- Coach, mentor, and train the resident services team to uphold service standards.
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to residents and prospects, resolving concerns as they arise.
- Organize and host community events and activities to encourage resident engagement.
- Support resident retention and promote brand loyalty by ensuring positive experiences and well-maintained community spaces.
- Engage with the community through social media to promote spirit and awareness.
- Encourage residents to share their experiences in online reviews.
- Maintain organization of front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevator schedules.
- Work assigned weekend or evening shifts as needed.
