ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Customer Care Representative, you will cultivate and sustain sales relationships with customers in your assigned EMEA region. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Fostering strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM system
- Setting accurate defaults in the CRM for dedicated customer accounts
- Expanding your product knowledge to better assist customers
- Handling customer queries via phone and email
- Resolving any pre-booking issues
- Documenting all customer communications in the CRM
- Proactively reaching out to customers regarding any order changes
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluency in English and one EMEA language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian)
- Demonstrated customer service experience is mandatory
- Experience in a technology environment is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the Oracle system is advantageous
- Willingness to attend trade shows as directed by management
SALARY
Competitive salary of approximately £20,000 per annum.
