About the Role The Flagship Data Platform is a shared resource that facilitates swift progress for Flagship companies by providing secure and well-governed access to reliable data across our portfolio. As the Senior Director, Product Manager for the Data Platform, you will spearhead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution from initial use cases to widespread adoption. You will collaborate closely with software and ML engineers, UX designers, scientists, and senior stakeholders across various companies to convert ambiguous, high-value opportunities into impactful products that enhance scientific discovery and decision-making. You thrive in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment and can seamlessly transition between strategic planning, discovery, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the comprehensive product vision and roadmap, establishing metrics and priorities to optimize impact. Swiftly conduct product discovery through user research, problem definition, prototyping, and validation. Coordinate priorities with an empowered technical lead. Utilize product analytics, qualitative feedback, and experimentation to guide decision-making. Effectively communicate results to stakeholders. Define and apply metrics to measure product effectiveness.
