Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to residents and support your team members.
- Implement AIR’s procedures for apartment turnovers to ensure readiness for new residents.
- Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance under general guidance (including plumbing, basic electrical work, HVAC systems, and appliance repairs).
- Provide functional and technical direction to fellow Maintenance Technicians, aiding in their skills development.
- Assist in managing vendor quality and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.
- Adapt responsibilities based on the team's skillset and community requirements.
