As a vital member of our therapy team, your efforts will significantly enhance the quality of life for clients through targeted interventions that promote safe, functional independence.Program Summary:The Enhanced Regional Community Transition Program (ERCTP) is a short-stay restorative care initiative designed for medically stable adults who require additional assessment, recuperation, and therapy before re-entering the community.Qualifications:Completion of an Accredited Therapy Assistant program is required. Relevant training or equivalent experience may also be considered.Experience: Prior experience in a therapeutic setting is essential. Familiarity with computer systems is preferred.
