Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and clients, you will:Lead the design and execution of a diverse range of projects, including new community developments, redevelopment plans, mixed-use sites, master plans, and urban realm designs.Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that projects are delivered with creativity, quality, and precision—on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, developers, and other professionals to enhance our project portfolio through reputation and trust.Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and design excellence.Advocate for design innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity in all projects.Assist in business development efforts, including proposals, competitions, and initiatives to promote our studio.Collaborate across CIMA+ and B&A, integrating design with engineering, infrastructure, and environmental disciplines to create truly integrated solutions.
