Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess installation prerequisites, identify risks early, and prevent potential blockers prior to execution. Guide and execute seamless remote installations of applications and MES environments, aligning closely with customers to ensure a smooth setup. Analyze and troubleshoot deployment challenges by reviewing logs, containers, and system events, resolving issues promptly during or after installations. Provide expert consulting on infrastructure and environment-related inquiries, clarifying responsibilities and mitigating risks for teams and customers. Engage with colleagues, partners, and customers through tickets, email, and meetings, fostering effective collaboration in both synchronous and asynchronous environments. Document lessons learned, corrective/preventive actions, and contribute to the development of best practices and an expanding knowledge base. RequirementsStrong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift for deployment and troubleshooting. Experience with Linux systems, including networking, volumes, logs, and services. Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V, including VM setup, configuration, and snapshots. Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Your Role:
We are looking for a skilled Deployment Engineer to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will manage the deployment of our MES framework in customer environments around the globe. This includes setting up virtual machines via ISO installations on Hyper-V and VMware infrastructures, alongside configuring Kubernetes distributions either on-premises or in cloud environments.
As a technical expert and trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with customers throughout the deployment process. Strong English communication skills are essential for effective interaction with international stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
