Your Role
- Deliver one-on-one telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy.
- Conduct the CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) either virtually or in person as required.
- Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional).
- Support employee wellbeing by addressing stress and resilience.
- Collaborate with Intellect’s clinical team to enhance EAP programs.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
Counsellors:
- Master’s degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology.
- Current membership/registration with one of the following:
- Australian Counselling Association (ACA)
- Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA)
- 1–3 years of supervised counselling experience.
Clinical Psychologists:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from an APAC-accredited program.
- General registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia).
- Preferred Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology (or in progress through a Registrar Program).
- 1–3 years of supervised clinical practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with First Nations / Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Background in managerial or leadership support (e.g., coaching managers, HR advisory).
- Prior experience in EAP or workplace counselling.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Willingness to conduct occasional onsite sessions.
- Eligibility to obtain a Medicare provider number (not mandatory, but preferred).
