In this role, you will create and manage automated systems that drive talent acquisition from start to finish—enhancing pipeline generation, market insights, referrals, interview preparedness, and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities
Develop automated sourcing bots and workflows that reliably produce qualified, engaged candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.
Create multi-channel outreach sequences, quality dashboards, and ongoing optimization strategies to enhance response rates and conversion metrics.
Design a market intelligence alert system that tracks competitor hiring trends, talent movements, and compensation patterns, providing real-time updates via Slack.
Establish an internal referral system that maps employee networks and highlights warm introduction opportunities.
Streamline interviewer and candidate preparation through automated communication, prep packets, interview guides, and calendar/ATS integrations to enhance the interview experience.
Revamp the careers page with compelling storytelling, accurate job previews, and application processes designed for maximum conversion.
Implement ATS data integrity protocols, exception reporting, validation rules, and cleanup workflows to ensure the reliability of recruiting data.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and articulate the implementation of the automation initiatives outlined above (systems thinking coupled with practical application).
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter, with a thorough understanding of pipeline mechanics and candidate experience.
Solid foundation in recruiting operations (ATS management, process design, reporting, stakeholder support).
Proficient at constructing interconnected systems rather than isolated solutions.
