Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese, both written and verbal is essential.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect issues and determine optimal solutions.
Motivated to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Empathetic approach to understanding customer needs and enhancing their experience with DolarApp.
