Key Responsibilities:
- Develop direct communication initiatives aimed at converting new users and increasing engagement among existing customers.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to assess campaign performance and share best practices across different countries.
- Coordinate with operations teams across LATAM to replicate successful strategies.
- Create and implement automated campaign frameworks based on user activity.
- Manage the regional Customer Engagement budget effectively.
- Work closely with Delivery Hero's central team to execute A/B testing and campaigns across various countries.
- Engage with Business Intelligence and product teams to inform strategies.
- Serve as a key contact within the Customer Engagement team collaborating with design and communication teams.
