Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Maintain precise accounting records in accordance with Argentine regulations and company policies. Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for group consolidation purposes. Ensure adherence to international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP). Manage monthly tax filings and payroll processing in line with local legislation. Coordinate and assist during annual external audits. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and banking institutions. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Guarantee timely completion of strict monthly closing deadlines. Collaborate closely with international teams and group finance departments. Support financial analysis and drive continuous improvement of accounting processes. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven track record in accounting roles, ideally within shipping, maritime agencies, logistics, or international trade. In-depth knowledge of Argentine accounting and tax regulations. Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP reporting standards. Experience with international financial systems and ERP platforms (non-SAP). Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to operate under strict deadlines.
