Join our esteemed partner in the realm of international accounting services and business consulting as a Junior Consultant specializing in CFO Advisory. We are looking for a talented individual with experience in accounting or controlling to support our client engagement activities, including:
- Assisting client advisory services (interim controlling).
- Supporting clients in transformation and system implementation projects with an end-to-end approach (e.g., transition from ECC to S/4 HANA).
- Helping clients optimize accounting and controlling processes during transformation projects (e.g., SAP implementation, migration).
- Providing temporary support with financial and accounting expertise, including:
- Developing reports, analyses, and KPIs, assisting in financial organization, and supporting the establishment of efficient FP&A processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or controlling.
- Practical experience with SAP CO and/or FI modules.
- Open to learning new processes and adopting a consulting mindset, with a preference for both team and independent work.
- Analytical thinking, customer focus, and a desire for growth.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Advantages:
- Controlling experience in large corporate or banking sectors.
- Certification as a certified accountant.
- Knowledge of EPM (TM1, Tagetik) and other ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in addition to SAP.
- Familiarity with visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
