About The Role
As the Vice President of Finance, you will be the principal financial architect of Fundraise Up, reporting directly to the CFO. You'll lead a high-performing team of 8 across Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Strategic Finance. You will not merely manage numbers; you will serve as a strategic advisor, connecting operational data to long-term value creation. In this capacity, you will spearhead financial planning, cash management, and the expansion of our financial infrastructure to support our growth trajectory toward $200 million in revenue.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Collaborate as a vital member of the senior leadership team, providing financial insights for key decisions, including geographic expansion, mergers & acquisitions, and product pivots.
- Board & Investor Relations: Prepare and present financial narratives to the Board of Directors and external investors.
- Advanced FP&A & Strategic Modeling: Transform the FP&A function into a predictive powerhouse, leading the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-range planning (LRP) to ensure alignment with our 3-5 year strategic roadmap.
- GTM Partnership: Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to optimize our 'Growth Engine', analyzing marketing, product, customer, and sales productivity to enhance revenue growth efficiency.
