Responsibilities Employee Relations Act as the primary HR representative for all New York employees and managers. Address HR inquiries, offer guidance on policies, and assist with daily employee requirements. Oversee employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, advising managers, conducting investigations, and managing disciplinary actions or terminations. Leave & Accommodation Management Administer and track all leaves, including FMLA, New York Paid Family Leave (NYPFL), ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to state and federal regulations. Training & Compliance Facilitate and/or provide mandatory training (anti-harassment, Code of Conduct, HIPAA refresher, safety). Maintain audit-ready personnel files, I-9s, licenses, background checks, and compliance documentation.
