Location: Brooklyn, NY Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) Compensation: $36K - $50K
As the Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our workplace operations, working directly with the VP of Business Operations to maintain a vibrant and efficient office atmosphere.
Core Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Deliver on-site support for daily office needs, including hospitality services and logistics management.
- Inventory & Facilities: Oversee the monthly inventory of office supplies and snacks, conducting daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage reservations for meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for professional engagements.
- Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with building management and external vendors for maintenance and service needs.
- Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing meeting preparations and travel logistics.
- Culture Building: Organize and facilitate in-office events and gatherings, from vendor selection to event execution.
