The Quality Assurance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of Cresilon’s products for both the Animal and Human Health sectors. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, as the technician is tasked with inspecting and testing raw materials, components, and final products. Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), is paramount. This position operates on the 2nd shift.Key Responsibilities: Conduct visual inspections and sampling of final products and raw materials, as well as perform additional testing under the guidance of the QA Operations Manager. Carry out line clearance activities and in-process inspections. Ensure routine manufacturing operations adhere to applicable procedures (refer to Gowning Qualification requirements below). Facilitate the transfer of materials between facilities (lifting requirements apply).
