Agency Development Lead
Philo is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Agency Development Lead to bolster our expanding advertising team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze market needs to create strategies that drive advertising revenue for Philo.
- Engage with Agencies and Brands in the field, utilizing a consultative approach to generate new business and nurture existing accounts.
- Manage your portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to campaign execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate closely with ad operations and technology partners to facilitate campaign bookings and provide timely troubleshooting and reporting.
- Customize Philo's ad sales materials to meet the needs of specific clients.
- Maintain an updated database of existing and prospective business across direct and programmatic channels.
- Respond quickly to RFPs from advertisers and agencies.
- Work cross-functionally with Philo’s internal teams, including partnerships, ad operations, finance, and legal, to forge innovative advertising partnerships and share best practices.
- Act as the voice of advertisers within Philo, contributing insights that shape future advertising products.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in CTV advertising.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling TV, CTV, or digital video.
- Established connections with advertising agencies and brands, particularly with Publicis, Dentsu, and WPP.
- Familiarity with both direct and programmatic sales frameworks.
- Highly proactive with a strong drive to achieve personal and organizational objectives.
- A commitment to delivering top-tier, innovative CTV solutions for brands.
